What is Eva NYC Rewards? 

Eva NYC Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards account holders with points every time they shop on eva-nyc.com. To sign up, simply enter your email at our login.  

You can earn points for every dollar you spend and redeem points for discounts. There are different ways to earn points like taking our hair quiz, leaving us a review, and referring friends (see above for details).  

By participating in Eva NYC Rewards, we may use and share your personal information in the ways described in our Privacy Policy. In addition to what is described in our Privacy Policy, when you submit a copy of your receipt, you are consenting to our collection of all the information contained in the receipt, such as the items purchased, quantity of items purchased, price of each item purchased, the total costs of purchases, any discounts applied, information about the store where the purchase was made (such as store ID, name, and address), and purchase method (cash, credit card, gift card). 

How can I view my rewards balance?  

Your reward balance can be found when you are logged into your account. 

If I return a product, do I get to keep the reward points?

If you return an item that you have earned loyalty points for, the points for that item will be deducted from your points balance.

Can I combine my rewards with other discounts?

You cannot combine additional discount codes with your rewards offering or subscription order.

How do I redeem my points? 

Login to your Eva NYC account and on our Rewards page, under the “Redeem Rewards” section, you can simply select which eligible reward you want to redeem. You can copy the discount code and paste it at checkout in the discount field.

Do my points expire? 

Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

Can I claim points from previous purchases? 

Unfortunately, you cannot claim points from previous purchases.

How do I earn points for Eva NYC purchases from another authorized retailer?  

Just upload your receipt (purchased in the last 14 days) above and our team will get back to you in 72 hours via email. You'll receive an automated email when your receipt is approved (or an email with additional questions). 

We reserve the right to deny any receipt if not clear in photo and will ask you to re-upload.  

Can I upload my credit card statement instead of a receipt?  

Unfortunately, we need an itemized receipt with store details, date and timestamp to issue reward points.

I referred a friend but did not receive my points? 

Your friend must make their first purchase using your referral link to receive your referral points. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase. Only one referral coupon code will be applied to cart for each referral.

How often can I earn rewards for leaving a review? 

You can earn rewards for leaving a review once a month. We love hearing your feedback, but reward points are limited to one review per month.

Can I combine or merge my two or more accounts for rewards? 

Unfortunately, we cannot merge existing accounts for rewards. When you sign up for account, you're automatically entered into our rewards program.

I completed my checkout, and forgot to apply my rewards discount? 

No worries! Reach out to us at info@eva-nyc.com within 48 hours of your purchase, and we can offer one-time accommodation by applying the discount retroactively. However, the rewards used for the discount will be deducted from your account.After 48 hours, we’re unable to make adjustments. 

I’ve already taken the hair quiz but I’m not seeing the points being applied to my account? 

Make sure you’re logged into your account when taking the quiz. If you still don’t see the points, email info@eva-nyc.com with a screenshot of your completed quiz, and we’ll take care of it!
