The Eva NYC promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Eva NYC ("Organizer") and is valid exclusively for purchases made through Eva NYC’s TikTok Shop.  The Promotion begins on 11/21/2024 at 12 p.m. EST and ends on 12/2/2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). 

Eligibility 

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Districts of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who make a purchase on Eva NYC’s TikTok Shop during the Promotion period. 

Promotion Period 

The Promotion begins on 11/21/2024 at 12 p.m. EST and ends on 12/2/2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST or while supplies last. Eva NYC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. 

Offer Details 

  • Consumers who qualify by purchasing any Eva product exclusively through Eva NYC’s TikTok Shop during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) Fandango Promotional Code good towards the purchase of one movie ticket (up to $15 total ticket price and associated fees and charges) to see Moana 2 at Fandango partner theaters in the US, subject to the terms and conditions below. 
  • Users of valid purchases will be sent their promotional code via Direct Message from Eva NYC’s TikTok to User’s personal TikTok (It is the responsibility of the User to be able to accept direct messages from the brand.) 

Liability 

Eva NYC is not responsible for any: 

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged cinema tickets. 
  • Delays or complications in the redemption of cinema tickets. 
  • Issues arising from the customer's failure to comply with redemption instructions. 

Modifications 

Eva NYC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our TikTok Shop or website.

By participating in this Promotion, Customers agree to these Terms and confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.
